Good questions.
Clear answers.
If I order by 3 PM, will it arrive the same day?
Planned same-day delivery for eligible, in-stock orders. Scheduling is not active yet; your address and an available delivery date must be confirmed at checkout before this offer goes live. The cutoff is 3 PM Eastern Time.
Where do you deliver?
We plan to serve eligible addresses in the Charlotte area within a configurable 50-mile delivery zone, including eligible North Carolina and South Carolina communities. Your full address must be confirmed; a ZIP code alone does not guarantee eligibility.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Standard doorstep delivery is included in the displayed mattress price for qualifying addresses. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Can I get my mattress today?
Same-day delivery is offered only when your address qualifies, your selection is in stock, the local cutoff has not passed, and a delivery window has capacity. Live scheduling is not activated yet, so no delivery date is currently promised.
What sizes are available?
Our flagship mattress comes in Twin, Full, Queen and King. Verified dimensions will be listed when supplied.
Can I purchase a box spring?
Yes. You can select the optional mattress-and-box-spring set for your chosen size. The added cost is shown before you add it to your bag.
Can someone help me select a size?
Customer support contact details will be available before launch. Compare the four size prices now; check the verified dimensions and your bed frame before ordering.
Do you offer setup or mattress removal?
Standard delivery is doorstep delivery. Setup, carrying and removal are not currently offered. Any future optional services will be listed separately with clear pricing.
What are your return and cancellation policies?
The merchant is finalizing return and cancellation policies. Approved terms will be published before purchases open; no trial period, warranty or free returns are promised.
Are Darius and Buford the delivery guys?
Darius and Buford are our illustrated brand mascots, not the people who bring your mattress. They star in our Charlotte storytelling and social content. Your delivery is handled by our actual delivery team, and your window is confirmed before checkout.
How do I track my order?
After a completed Shopify checkout, use the secure order-status link in your confirmation email. Shipping and delivery updates depend on the fulfillment details added to your order.
